The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals and review prior paperwork that you submitted. Forms will be emailed to you prior to our first meeting.

The number of sessions depends on your individual circumstances and goals. Some people find relief in just a few sessions, while others may need longer to reach their health goals. Plans are available and designed to reduce the cost.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
